Moms of babies with allergies come in pls

Hi, I think my poor baby has alleriges, this whole weekend his eyes have been puffy and teary and his nose runny, but today is by far the worst! So I have a few questions..

1) Can they test for what they're allergic to at this age?

2) What can I do to help relieve his symptoms?

3) What can I do around the house to help reduce whatever he is allergic to? We have dogs and a cat, but they've been around since he was born. Could it be seasonal? Are there specific air filters you've found that help?

4) Any other info you think could help! He was so sneezy, runny, teary today! :-(
