Breakfast: Sausage, Egg & Cheese McGriddle, Hash Browns, and a Rolo McFlurry (snack size and DH ate some!) = 29 pts

Lunch: Spinach omelet, toast & fruit = 14 pts

Total: 43 pts

Left for dinner: 0 pts

Good news is, I have been full since 2 pm (it's 10 pm now) and I didn't go over my target. And Sunday starts over my weekly points so I have 49 to work with...

Bad news....well look at what I ate today! lol. 

All I've had today is breakfast twice and now I'm debating whether I should bother to go make myself something else...
