Thanks for the inspiration! I bought the book last night and am going shopping today to start tomorrow. I did get the link Ashton posted with all the recipes. First - good luck with your weight loss journey. Second - do you want to start a weekly thread where we can post questions, successes and yummy recipes we tried? I can't wait to get started. Even my DH wants to try it with me.
