One year molars...Grrrrr!

Anyone else dealing with an imposter child as the 1 year old molars come in? I don't know who this cranky, miserable, whiny, bratty child belongs to, but he's not mine! lol. How long do these suckers take to come in so I can have my sweet baby back?? His gums are super swollen and I can see the white of the tooth underneath...I'm praying they come through very, very soon.
