sleep help-wakes 1-2 hours before wake-up time

i'm ready for a full nights sleep.

DD wakes anywhere from 4:30-5:45am everyday, i nurse her, and she goes back down until between 6-6:30.  she goes to bed around 7:15ish.  i've half-ass tried ferber for these time, but i get lazy, and just go nurse her.  i think it may be habit now??  should i try CIO?  i'd hate to go cold turkey on not feeding her at that time.  any thoughts?  oh, she's 10 months.  thanks!
