Pregnant after IF

I passed my 3 hr GTT better than what I thought

My hospitals strip monitor thing stated at 3 hr mark the levels were 101, today my OB called and said it was 89! Hour 1 was 103 2 nd was 140 something and 3 rd was 89. Nurse said dr was happy with the results but that doesn't mean I can go eat freely, this scared me and I really need to start walking and eating better!
