Wow - can't believe it! Great visit - I'm looking good, LO is looking great. Measuring at 9w4d and heart rate of 162.

However, I've never been a big fan of 3D u/s - especially this early. LO looks kinda freaky. And no, that probably won't be the last time I say that over the next 20 years. And yes, I say it with love : )

Also - I am loving toasted English muffins with Nutella right now. Try one and you can thank me later.
