anyone else with a UTI yet?

hahahaha.....I can't catch a health break I don't think.......I started having some burning in my urine today and lots of light cramping feelings in my low abdomen and low back pain.  Had traces of an infection so they started me on Macrobid.  I am just curious what is UTI pain and what is baby growth pain.  are you guys all scared every time you have a pain or an ache?  I am for sure but I just keep telling myself that i'm not bleeding and the pain is not excrutiating by any means and to chill out....
