final AW: baby shower update

So, the hugest surprise of the weekend was (as I said in previous post) that my two 'besties' flew in to surprise me for the weekend.

I loved hanging out with them - we plan a girls weekend every summer and had decided to postpone because of my pregnancy until next year - plus they came here last summer and I never dreamed they would come back!

The shower was so fun.  Of course, there was a ton of pink!  My favorite gift was from one of my two friends - She made a photo scrapbook for the baby - with pages for everything - including one of photos with our dog, holiday, baptism, daddy, etc.  It clearly took so much effort - it is amazing. 

I'm officially set on crib sheets and blankets, too.  I was surprised that there were NO diapers!  (not a problem, but it just seems that they're always somewhere in the pile of gifts.)
