Anyone take prednisone while PG?

I just talked to my rheumatologist because my RA is flaring up and she said that if I can't take the pain that she can prescribe a 10 day course of prednisone.  I said I feel like I can tough it out right now, but I'm curious if anyone else has taken prednisone while PG and what your docs said about it, risks, etc?  I have an OB appt on Tuesday and will talk to my doc about his opinion as well.
