question about follicle growth and successful PG

Hi ladies!

I started my first round of 50mg clomid this month cd3-7. today was my cd12 ultrasound and check to see how i responded. right side=3 small follies (10mm and under). left side=1 follie at ~23mm and 2 others measuring smaller i can't remember the exact number. then the nurse measured the big one again and said it might be measuring a little smaller but still a good size. anyway my E2 levels came back at 690 so the doctor said to wait to trigger until tomorrow morning to give things a bit more time to rise. does any of this sound good? no one said anything about the levels/numbers being bad i just want to feel a bit of hopefullness that something might work this cycle until proven otherwise.
