My appetite was crazy today, I tried to be good I swear!
I had a blueberry bagel and a what seemed like a bucket of water for breakfast... Then maybe 2 hours later had a banana and moooore water.
I was starving an hour later like I had never eaten !
Had a panini at lunch with a caffiene free pepsi and chips plus morrre water...
Had some grapes for a snack an hour or so after lunch. Still hungry? YES!
Got some whole grain popped chips for a snack...Water? Of course some more of that.
45 minutes later, I'm on my bus home RAVENOUS... I caved and ordered a medium pizza from dominos... and ate 4 slices....
But at least for right now I am not hungry! (I'm not full and that's kind of crazy but I am not hungry, finally!)
Off to get some more water!
