Pink-ish spotting...help please

I'm really trying my hardest not to, but I'm totally freaking out. I went to the bathroom about half an hour ago and I saw a very small pink speck on the tissue. Since then, I've been about 3 more times (I've been chugging water all afternoon) and there hasn't been any more.

Now here's the back story... Last night Mh and I fooled around a little. We didn't have sex because I'm still too scared, but I did have an orgasm (sorry, TMI). Ever since I've felt really guilty and worried that something might happen to our baby because of it. So I've been super paranoid for the last 24hrs or so and now this happens!

I've called the nurse and they should be getting back to me tonight. Anyone have any advice or a similar experience? Please help. Thanks.
