MTHFR question for a friend

Hey y'all.  A friend of mine was recently diagnosed as having a single MTHFR mutation, specifically a 1298c.  I have no experience with this, but was wondering if any of you have, and if so, what you can tell me about your treatments, plan to get pregnant, that sort of thing.  She had no problem getting pregnant with her now 5 year old, but has since had 2 miscarriages in a row.  She's also getting/reading conflicting ideas on how to go about treating this, so I told her I'd ask you ladies, and also on the Infertility board as well.  Any input you have would be great!
