not to be a PW-wwyd? re:headache

If you havnt read my post below ( or decided it was to long to read it bascially says that ive had a bad headache since Monday, ended up in L&D and left with a vicodin script. 

This morning the headache returned so I took more medicine and a nap. Its better but stil there.

Here is the wwyd part- I am worried that when I go back to work tomorrow ( preschool teacher) that this is going to happen again. DW put it out there that maybe I should ask my dr to write me out for the rest of the week. Do you think that its a good idea? Or should i just go back tomorrow and hope that the headache doesn't come back?
