trip to l&d yesterday

No real point to this post, I just wanted to share. 

Since Monday afternoon I had a bad headache that I could not get rid of. I took Tuesday off work to rest and see if I could get the headache to go away. 

24 hours after it started, I called the dr to see if there was more I could do. They transfered me to l&d and the nurse said that if it didnt go away in a few hours then to come in.

 So after an hour or so with my head hurting still, we went in. They hooked me and baby up. LO was fine, moving around and hb was great. My BP looked amazing after taking it every 15 mins for 1.5 hours. They did find trace protien in my urine so they sent it down to the lab to be tested more. The dr came in and said he didnt think it was pre e since I didnt have high bp, vision changes etc. Sure enough when the sample came back from the lab, it was nothing concerning. They did say that it can change from day to day, so I am to moniter the headache.

I told DW before we went that I felt stupid for going in for a headache but in the end im glad we did.
