I remember you saying that you had a rheumatoid flare very shortly after the boys were born.  Did it start prior to the end of your pregnancy or did it hold off until after you had given birth?  I'm curious because I've been having a steady flare for over a week now that is getting progressively worse.  I was really hoping pregnancy remission would last until after Max was born, but it's not looking good.
