Am I being ridiculous?(sex related)

OK, so DH and I have not had sex since before ET in January. I was pretty much on pelvic rest up until SCH was resolved which was almost 3 weeks ago now. I am TERRIFIED to have sex. Not to be TMI but DH has even offered to do 'other' things instead of intercourse, but I've read that orgasms cause light uterine contractions, which of course I know don't cause real contractions, but I'm scared to do anything. Am I just being ridiculous? I SO want to have sex and think about it morning, noon and night, I just am scared
