S/O Godparents (esp. MoMs)

How the heck do you choose? If you are having multiples are you asking different people for each child? I feel like since they are individuals, they should get their own godparents but we can't find a second set. We agreed on my brother and sister, but the problem is that DH has two sisters. Neither of them are Catholic and we can't think of anyone to be the godfather if we pick one of his sisters (not to mention the other one would be pissed that she wasn't picked- there's already some bad history there). I feel like my ILs would be offended if we used my siblings as the godparents for both, but if we picked one of them, the other SIL would be really really pissed. FTR- DH thinks we should use my sibs as both... but I would definitely be the one blamed by my ILs for that decision. For some reason they think I control his every thought and action.
