BH Contractions?

So yesterday I was out shopping with my mom and I was getting really uncomfortable.  It felt like menstrual cramps in my abdomen and lower back.  It didn't feel like what I would imagine contractions (real or BH) to be since it was more constant and didn't come and go.  

I didn't get much sleep last night because I could feel my belly getting tight and uncomfortable about every 20 minutes.  I was fine most of the day today but the lower ute and back pain is back and I'm not sure what to think about it.  I haven't had any bleeding.  

Do these sound like BH contractions?
