Pregnant after IF

BH vs. Contraction vs. Baby Moving

So, every once in a while I'll get a feeling of pressure/tighening in one part of my abdomen - today it was on the lower right, maybe 2/12 inches below my belly button.  When I touched there it was really hard - it covered an area about the size of my fist - but the rest of my abdomen felt normal.

How can you tell the difference between BH and a contraction and just pressure the baby is putting in various places when he/she is moving?

I've read that w/ BH and a contraction your abdomen will get hard ALL over - but where all over, like from belly button down?  Or above that too?  Is it just really obvious?  And, how can you tell the difference between a BH and a regular contraction?
