Dizzy Spells?

I'm a regular on SAIF so I don't post too much over here but I need your help!  When I was pregnant with DS, I don't ever remember being dizzy.  Of course, I barely had morning sickness with him either and this one is a complete other story.  The past 24 hours or so I've had dizziness come and go the entire time.  I threw up yesterday around the first spell so I thought it was just my lovely morning sickness.  But now it's just constant dizziness/light headedness.  I know books and google say it has alot to do with increased blood volume and whatnot, but anyone else going through this?  I've been hydrating and keeping my feet up at work.  Trying to decide if I should bother the doc or if it's just one of those lovely things that are my new normal!
