Newborn Photo Session - Is this price reasonable?

I think we've finally settled on a newborn photographer and I'm just looking for some feedback on price.  The listed price on her website is $375 for 2-3 hrs, with a $100 credit towards prints.  There is another photographer that is a little less expensive that we like, but not by much.  I think this sounds reasonable, any thoughts?

I just emailed her to make sure she is available, I really hope she is because it has taken me forever to decide on someone.
