Metallic taste starting at 18 weeks??

So today and yesterday I've had this horrible metallic taste in the back of my throat.  Almost like its draining down the back of my throat but I'm not congested or anything like that.  I've looked it up and its a pretty common pregnancy symptom in the 1st trimester.  It's weird to me that it's starting now (though I'm not really concerned)

Anyone else have this?  Any tips for how to get rid of it?  How long did it last?
