XP: Spent yesterday in L&D

I'm really confused about what is going on. I went to hospital yesterday after having bh contractions (stomach tightening) every 10 minutes. Once getting to L&D I contracted every 3/4 minutes. They gave me fluid and they lightened up. They checked my cervix and is unchanged from my last cervical length check last week (3.7).

Here is the thing, I have been having these contractions when I'm walking and standing up quick since around 19 weeks. Now I'm getting them more just sitting or lying down. I just don't know when I should go to hospital. I'm still getting the tightening. I'm scared and worried and confused!
