I am stressing. Let me start by saying I threw a party for his christening and I am kicking myself for not writing down how much we made of certain things or how much soda and alcohol we bought. That would have been smart!!!
Anyway, I am having a party with about 60 people. I plan on making sausage and peppers, lasagna, baked ziti, and then catering our either chicken francese of parm wihchever. Anyway, I am trying to figure out how many pounds of sausage I should make. Anyone do a party with a similar amount of people or food? Even better, anyone in the business of catering?! I just need a good guide on how much to make of each, and then how much to get for the chicken. TIA if you can shed any light.
