Baby ate honey - what do I do?

My son ate some food today that I found out was mixed with some honey sauce after he ate it.  I specially asked what was in it, but then was told later, "oh, there is honey, too".

He only had a very small bit, like three or four pieces of mango in the sauce.  Are there precautions I should take?  Would you call the pedi?

Hope I'm not being paranoid!  TIA!
