Ideal baby moon time?

We're not ready to plan one yet, but just starting to think about it. Obviously, we'll wait until we see how many are in there and probably after first OB apt. But I'm curious, what is the ideal time to go on a baby moon? The last two months of pregnancy are obviously out. But other than that, any preference on if you're at 13 weeks, 18 weeks, 23 weeks, whenever? Dh has to turn in vacation requests at work at some point soon, so it would be nice to have an idea even if no trip is actually booked at that time.
