Started gushing blood...

...Monday night -- I was hysterical. I was spotting bright red earlier in the day, but was laying in bed and felt a gush. Then another gush. Then it was everywhere -- heavier than a period. We went to the ER and after a few hours, determined I have a marginal placenta previa w/ one of the babies, and since I am on a high dose of Lovenox, it was bleeding more.

So, I'm on bedrest now. My new OB is working w/ my hematologist to see if I can get my Lovenox lowered, b/c my bloodwork came back and I have NO clotting disorders besides MTHFR. My 4 clots either came from OHSS, or pregnancy.

Oh, and the high-risk OB who was covering for my doctor Monday night, told me my conditions are as "high-risk as they come". He freaked me out. He said to start planning my life now for bedrest, and to set a goal of getting to 30 weeks. Not sure if he was being dramatic, but it startled me. Just glad I have my laptop and you ladies to keep me company during the day!
