Pregnant after IF
Milk
Anyone else LOVING milk like I am right now?
My OB wants me to somewhat monitor my carbs & Im sorry but I don't think I would be a really nice person if I couldn't have my milk. Honestly I could drink it ALL day long but I am limiting myself to about 2 glasses per day. If it had 0 carbs I would just lug around a gallon with me.
