BFP with a thin lining?? need some hope or suggestions!

hi all!!  i need some hope!!  i had a child in 2008 with no problems...went to RE after trying this time around and my only issue is my lining is pretty thin....it's maxing out at a 5 or 6 ...my doc is very optimistic bc there were no other issues found however IVF may be my next road.....then maybe some hormone supplements pending the lining after all those follicles....i am also going to try acupunture and baby aspirin...any other ideas?  thanks ladies!!
