nightmare about anatomy scan

My scan is this afternoon and naturally I'm worried that something won't be right.

Of course last night I had a dream that when performing the scan they found my baby didn't have legs but a long tail (just like when they are only 4-6 weeks old and look like tadpoles)  I woke up so freaked out. yikes!
