Muscle Twinges In Belly?

OK here's another weird one.  I've been getting this more in the past week or so.  You know when you have a muscle spasm - like a twitch in your eye or something - it feels like that, but in the belly.  And it's not nearly as frequent as that - just occassional.  I've actually looked to see if I can see my belly moving but I can't.  I wondered if it was some type of contraction, but from what I've read contractions will cause your whole belly to tighten up like a fist - and this is just one area for a second.  Anyone else had this?
