Told some people at work...so nervous

I had my third ultrasound yesterday and my first appt. with my regular OB.  I was kind of bummed that I had an abdominal u/s...you couldn't see very much detail with it, but the most important part was that baby was growing on track and had a heartbeat of 178!  I told a few people at work today and now I feel so nervous.  It's such a weird feeling.  I want to shout it from the rooftops, but then again, I don't want anyone to know.  

Also, I have the NT scan on June 14.  I didn't have this with my son...what should I expect?
