need your opinion/ experience and or feedback Re: IUI

I am from the TTC>35 board and infertility board, I am 40, had 3 pregnancies, one is my 3 yr old, all concieved on my own and 2 were miscarriage at 6 weeks, each. No pregnancies in a year now. I have had 4 IUI's and they go like this:

4 vials of menopur

2 bravelle

this is for anywhere from 6-13 days depending on how my body responds. So I am now approaching my last IUI prior to forking out the money for IVF. I am asking the DR to try something else, some other drug, maybe it will work? This is a huge high dose I am on so not sure if they can do much else. Any thoughts or experiences switching from one to another.
