I just got back from my first prenatal yoga class and I loved it. I practiced yoga and pilates pre-pregnancy, but put everything on hold during first tri b/c I was afraid. It felt so good to be back and I wish I didn't wait so long to start up again.
My only complaint is that there's only one prenatal class a week, so I was thinking about picking up some DVDs to do during the week. Anyone doing DVDs and have any suggestions for ones to order or avoid?
