Bad cramping at 10w2d?

We saw the babies heartbeats at 6w4d, 7w6d, and 9w1d. I'm just getting paranoid because I have to wait to 12 weeks to see them again. I have been having some pretty bad cramping the last week. No spotting or bleeding. I'm thinking maybe it's just rlp? I haven't been overdoing it. For example, I'm laying on the couch now doing nothing and clutching my stomach. It feels sorta like someone punched me/is punching me. I'm ok, right? DH keeps telling me to relax. U girls ever get this?
