f/u spotting

So I called the on call doctor this morning about the brown spotting and cramping I'm having.  She told me to call the office when they opened this morning and schedule an appointment for an u/s.  They were able to get me in this afternoon.  The t/v u/s showed a thick uterine lining and a gestational sac measuring 4w3d.  The ultrasound tech said that it wasn't uncommon for the machine to be off by a few days of measurements when there wasn't anything visible in the sac to measure yet.

She said I should hear from one of the doctors in the practice (mine's out this week) sometime in the next few days, but that from her standpoint things looked like they were developing as they should, though of course any bleeding during pregnancy can be concerning.  So it's still just a waiting game...which I don't like.
