Fetal Movement- When to worry or call dr?

So I know that Im not supposed to feel consistent fetal movement until around 28w but im wondering at this point, when do I start to worry? I also know that is is very common for LO's to have a lazy day or days where they don't move as much.

What have your dr.'s told you about decreased fetal movement?
