NT scan

Boy, that was a long appointment. And of course, they did the u/s at the very last, boo. NT measurement was 2.1mm, which the dr. said was normal, nasal bone was there and baby measured right on track at 12w3d. I would've liked the NT to be lower, but all I've been reading says it's ok, so I'll go with that. We are still waiting on blood work.

My MFM is Mr. Personality, lol. Big difference from my RE, but at least he seems pretty thorough and answered all of our questions. Interestingly, he said ICSI puts you at a higher risk for preeclampsia. I had no idea.

As an aside, I feel bad because I was too terrified to enjoy seeing the baby. I think I held my breath for most of that appointment . But we have a couple of pictures and I think we have a cutie:)
