OMG the cramps!!

Seriously, I thought I got a get out of jail free card for menstrual-like cramps for at least 9 months.  I'm here to tell you that they are here with a vengence!  I would maybe think they are contractions but they seem to last a really long time.  Like 5-10 minutes.  I mentioned them at my doc appointment today but didn't make a big deal out of it because they were only mild until after my appointment.  But they are really killing me this evening!  How the hell am I going to survive labor!?  Have any of you had them this bad?
