Prometrium Help

Hi ladies, this is my first post here and I could use your help as I know you will have more experience with progesterone supplements than most. Yesterday morning I switched from Endometrin to Prometrium (vaginal suppository) due to insurance not covering the cost of Endometrin (RE initially wanted Endometrin). Sorry if it's TMI- for the past two days I noticed that my discharge since using the prometrium is a pink color. The pill itself is a coral color. I've cramped off and on the entire time but have cramped slightly more the past two days. However, they aren't AF type cramps. More like a dull pain between my hip bones around my pubic bone.

Could this new color be due to the pill color itself, or, do you think it could be spotting? Thanks for the help!
