XP: spotting and mixed messages

I posted on SAIF as well...I have been spotting for a day or 2 and had an u/s and appt this morning. I am measuring w/in a day of what I should be w/a hb of 99 which RE thought was promising but planns to see me in 2 weeks to follow up. Now I am bleeding more...I feel like it is over but then again I just saw the baby this morning measuring on track. Anyone have any any advice/positive outcome? I know it doesn't look good :(
