Anyone try the Tupler Splint and Mummy Tummy?

I just read an article about the Tupler Splint and the Lose your Mummy Tummy technique.  The author seemed pretty psyched and lost a bunch of inches from her waist.  I was thinking it might be a good workout for me, since I've lost a good amount of weight, but still have a good sized belly bulge.

Has anyone worn the splint for 6 weeks and followed the program? Pros/Cons?
