FRIDAY 30DS check in!

Started back shredding yesterday after a week off.  I could definitely feel a decrease in performance after not going at it all week.  I should bump up to L2 (I was L2D5 when I took a break...) but I think I need another day of L1 before I am ready for that!

How is everyone else doing?  Anyone sore?  Or anyone seeing new muscles? Big Smile
