I am an aerobic instructor and usually I don't have much RLP, but I
needed to find a spin sub last night, because it was too painful. What
do you ladies do for RLP and do you still work out when it bothers you? I have asked the doctor and he says that it can't hurt the baby to work out, only you. I usually work through the pain, but I am a little more cautious now, of course. Sometimes I feel
better after working out, but spinning is just too much on those
tendons. Any advice is greatly appreciated. I already drink a lot of
water too.
