Hi Ladies!
I'm back. I went on our first family road trip to visit family for a week. I unfortunately haven't exercised in over a week. I feel disgusting. I did my C25K run today. I'm restarting at week 5. I also start my HCG diet today. Today and tomorrow are 'load' days so I anticipate feeling horrible but I'm ready to be skinny again and am anxious to see the pounds fall off.
How is everyone doing with their workouts? Today is a new day. Stay focused.
