Do u take any extra steps to clean them after u buy a used diaper?

So far I have only bought new diapers and I am kinda freaked out by the idea of used (yeast,stains,other kids poo and pee) and was wondering how you guys clean them to ensure that no infections or whatever get passed on. TIA, I know its a stupid question. lol
