Grier Elizabeth made a very dramatic entrance into the world this afternoon. I was sitting up to get my epi and my water broke. I went from 5 cm to 10 in about 15 minutes. Thank God the epi kicked in so I could stop pushing until my dr got there. There was meconium in my water so the nicu team was there. Thankfully, she didn't aspirate any and I was able to hold her as soon as they were done suctioning her. I'll pip when I get a chance!
