Rockin Green Soak ??

So I have a FL and wondering about doing the rockin green soak. I'm pretty sure our pockets are repelling, we just moved into an area that has harder water and we changed detergents from planet to rockin green hard rock.  I was wanting to do one of the long soaks to help remove some of the buildup.  I have a utility sink I can do the soak in but was wondering how much detergent to use since I have the FL to finish the cleaning...their website is talking about soaks in the actual machine. So a couple of questions...

How much of the RnG detergent for the long soak when I have a FL machine it will be going into.

Should I soak my dirty diapers and clean diapers at the same time or do 2 soaks one with the dirties and then one with the clean?
